## Free Delivery on All Orders

We offer free delivery on every ZinuFlex order — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

## Order Processing

- Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched

## Delivery Timeframes

- Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch
- During busy periods (e.g. Christmas) please allow an extra 1–2 days
- If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us

## Tracking

- An Post tracking is included on all orders where available
- A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email

## Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ppcgalway.ie and we will resolve it promptly.

## Subscription Orders

ZinuFlex Journey Plan subscription orders follow the same shipping policy — free delivery on every recurring order. You will receive a dispatch notification before each delivery.
