## 1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zinuflex.ie and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

## 2. Products

ZinuFlex Joint Complex is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Taking prescription medication
- Under 18 years of age
- Under medical supervision

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Do not use if the seal is broken.

## 3. Orders and Pricing

- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

## 4. Payment

- We accept payment by credit/debit card via Shopify Payments and Stripe
- All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption
- Payment is taken at the time of order

## 5. Delivery

- We offer free delivery on all orders within the Republic of Ireland
- Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days via An Post
- We are not responsible for delays caused by An Post or circumstances outside our control
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery

## 6. Subscriptions (ZinuFlex Journey Plan)

- Subscriptions are managed through Shopify Subscriptions
- By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected frequency
- You will receive an email before each renewal
- You may cancel, pause or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@ppcgalway.ie
- Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled charge
- There are no cancellation fees

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website
- Our liability is limited to the value of your order
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
