We stand behind ZinuFlex Joint Complex completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions, no hassle.

## How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at **info@ppcgalway.ie** within 30 days of your order date
2. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return (optional but helpful)
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

## Return Conditions

- Refunds are available on both opened and unopened products within the 30-day window
- After 30 days from the order date, we are unable to offer a refund
- Products must not be damaged beyond normal use

## Refund Processing

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after we confirm it
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

## Return Postage

- For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at the customer's expense
- If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return postage costs

## Subscription Cancellations

- You may cancel your ZinuFlex Journey Plan subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@ppcgalway.ie
- Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled order
- There are no cancellation fees
